72 working hours prior to the fishing trip.

If you plan to pay for the entire fishing charter by credit card,

we require the total charge to your credit card be made 72 working hours before the day of the charter. The boat captain does not have access to the credit card machine at the dock, but be sure to bring this same credit card on the fishing day so that it may be manually swiped.

**SUGGESTED GRATUITY IS 15%-20% OF THE CHARTER COST**

• We collect the 50% deposit to reserve your date and time slot. This 50% deposit is non-refundable unless the fishing trip is cancelled 30 days prior to the chartered date or by the Captain due to bad weather or unforeseen boat problems. This cancellation is made on the day of the

trip, and only at the Captain's discretion. All other cancellations forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Our booking policy is to meet at the boat at the agreed time on the day of the trip. If the fishing trip is cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather, we will try to re-book your fishing trip for a better day if the customer's schedule allows, otherwise we will

cheerfully refund your charges. Please allow 48-72 hours for the return of funds to the charged credit card.
• The Captain and crew do all they can to ensure you have the best possible fishing experience. We cannot guarantee that fish will be caught during the charter and will not issue refunds because of it.

• No shows at the dock by customers on the day of the fishing trip will be automatically charged the full amount of the charter plus a 20% gratuity. No questions asked. Other potential charters may have been turned away because of the scheduled charter.
